Lao Sai!! Disappointing sehh...
DA BIAN!!!!! My brother has now came home to live together after living in hostel for like so long le. So maybe blogging will have to become less :( BUT I will still wanna fulfil The Aspirations of a Lazy Boy :)
YAY:) I finally received my copy of the TIME magazine for May!! Damn happy because its gonna be the best issue in the whole of 2006 because its the Special Issue: 100 Most Influential People. I remember last year's totally blew my mind aaaaaaaaway! I feels so so soooo good to see the leaders of your own country have their face published on such an internationally circulated magazine. Walk in Malaysia or some other countries also have wind! 'HEY!! Your country dont have people appear on TIME right?? HAHA You all lousy-poke!! Nananibooboo!!' Starts laughing at the sullen faced people of the other countries. HAHA liddat then SHUANG :)
BUT then...
The worst thing this time on this particular issue blew my mind off again! No MM Lee, no SM Goh, no PM Lee. Aint that sad?? The section is divided into 5 categories this year. So I thought our leaders should and must be in the section under 'Leaders & Revolutionaries', looking at the fact that MM Lee had a cover story for him last year. I look and look and look until my eyes going to bao zha still cant find a name that strikes me! So being the hit-also-dunwan-to-say-die de me went on to find who are the people who ousted our leaders off the page.
Guess the great person I found!!
Ayman al-Zawahiri!! OK. God knows who the ass he is, how he got into the bloody list and I myself dunno he should be under Leaders or revolutionaries. Its damn revolting. Like what everyone has been saying right?? MM Lee TRANSFORMED a small sleepy fishing village into a bustling garden city that houses 4+++ million people and a world-class sea port, world class airport world class ... .... ... ... ... ... SEE?? Thats how good we people are and how much we deserve to be complimented.
OK. Maybe we should be glad that PM Lee and his wife Ho Ching was mentioned under the informal category: Power couples... but the worse is still not here yet lor!!!! PM Lee was mentioned as 'the son of Lee Kuan Yew, the republic's first Prime Minister' and the rest of the tiny passage is about Ho Ching being one of the world's most powerful businesswoman and her relationship with Temasek Holdings.
Sad a not?? You tell me sad a not?? HUH??
Some of the people in there are seriously not worth mentioning i guess. AHHH!!! This entry is just to vent this small petty frustration over the editors' lousy pick this year!!! Last few years have been good lor!!
I needa some 'You think Weihong can dance??'... HAHA
