D I E T I N G!!!
haha... so the post suggests.. this post will be all abt my up and coming dieting plans!! of course no results yet COZ i haven start!! haha... oops =p
Diet 1: Mr Low's Thin & Thinner Dieting
Rules:
1. strictly no carbohydrates, including rice, potatoes.... (for faster results)
2. more of veg and meat(lean i suppose) to replace carbo
3. therefore i suppose no sugary stuff and blahblahs
Rationale:
1. body will keep using body fats as there is no ready to be used carbo or glucose for bodily activities
2. then i will get thin to thinner!! according to jolene, having a mentality that u are thin will let ur body make u thin more easily... therefore this plan is called Mr Low's Thine to Thinner Dieting
--> this is actually the same as the Atkins diet!!
Diet 2: Meal Replacement
Rules:
1. all 3 meals are to be replaced from the usual food to their supplement meals which may not be solid
2. no snacking in between meals, including milk, a piece of sugar, VEG blahblahs
3. required to drink at least 3 litres of water daily
Rationale:
1. the replacement meals provided jus enough energy for daily body metabolism
2. therefore no extra for formation of fats
--> most popular one is the Cambridge Diet!!
Diet 3: MOVE IT, holyshit!
Rules:
1. dawn jogging, meaning waking up at 6 A.M and jog for 2.4km
2. daily routine of... exercise such as situps de lahs(morning and night!!)
Rationale:
1. simple and pure rationale: to coz the body to increase metabolism to burn away the FATS!! but the body will firstly need finish off the glucose in body first :(
2. muscle build up - maybe some ppl's weight might not decrease too much due to muscles!!
Diet 4: Shut it UP!
Rules:
1. take a string and a needle
2. tie the string to the needle
3. start sewing ur mouth until it cannot be opened so u CANT EAT!! haha...
Rationale:
1. body will make use of the special tissues called the adipose tissues after glucose is used up!
2. might hav only slow effects coz u will feel lazy thus fats go off s l o w l y . . .. .. . . . . . ...
Diet 5: Say your Prayers and Eat Your 'Pills'
Rules:
1. use enormous amount of strength to open your pumy mouth and pop 2 pills in everytime before meals
2. sit there and wait for results!! haha...
Rationale:
1. the pills are magical! okok.. crap... they are said to be able to do things like blocking out starch so body will not hav carbo so will use fats AND also can burn fats away amid the protection of CARBO!!
--> too many... but Xando and Extrim sounds the more popular ones... Xando no webbie.. sad..
aiya... best is keep urself thin when young!! i am regretting it!! :(
