today was window shopping with jyim, kl, dal, hb after the nan chiau lessons at PS... of course will go into shops to see the stuff more clearly mahs.... and this is when the troubles came... ... ...

i really feel that shopkeepers of various XYZ companies shld really keep themselves to their counter areas lah... digressing, employees from jewellery shops always will stick to the ppl that is looking at their items outside the shop... then they will try all ways to convince the poor lady to buy the jewellery, such as giving a pamphlet first, then intro item from where, wat class of gem blahblah, then ask the lady to take a sit inside the shop to see it more clearly, then will be the auntie-killer stance, a packet of liang teh... sure kill... then when they see the auntie not very interested or seems poor, they will jus intro then see face, then walk away... this is wat i call DA BIAN ATTITUDE...

back to topic, i was at PS mah, then the moment i step into the various XYZ shops, the various XYZ shopkeepers would rush to u and starting asking 'may i help u may i help u'. when u dun give a reply, she/he gets no hint and still ask 'may i hep u may i help u'. then when u say no thanx politely, they walk away a little... and i mean A LTTLE... like 3 steps back, then she/he will watch u from behind, ready to pound on u when u put something into ur bag coz she/he thinks we hav no money to buy any stuff from the various XYZ shops... tahdah! the mentality of the various XYZ shopkeepers...

i seriously think that they shld hav more trust in their customers which will significantly improve their services lor... i am sure if its a group of angmohs the attitude will certainly be different... but there are also not so wealthy angmohs mah! omg... maybe a good example will be the carrefour we went too in PS... the ppl there either keep to their cashiers(i know is coz they scared ppl steal $$) or they are arranging their stuff... see? ppl like me will like it and they are still earning big bucks right? alomost wanted to scold the various XYZ shopkeepers LAH... omg...
